What are Babylights?

It is a hair color technique that mimics the natural hair you might have had as a child in summer at the beach. The hair needs to look like it’s being Sunkissed, creating a very delicate, light blonde and “lived in” natural look. The technique can appear very similar to a traditional foiling technique; however, there are some differences between them.
